Project: Software Capability Maturity Model(Integrated)[SW-CMMi] Probabilities Poster Campaign Undertook the copywriting and visual design efforts for the Internal Poster Campaign initiated to publicize and secure employee awareness of the benefits of CMMi. This was achieved through depicting the "probability" of achieving the advantages inherent with adhering to process guidelines.

Project: The Engaged Learner Initiative was adopted as a change management strategy for internalization of eLearning within the organization. The goal was to procure buy-in from the target audience to participate in the launch of the eLearning initiative, by projecting it as a convenient and fun alternative to instructor-led classroom training. It included a poster & brochure campaign that targeted the learners and business unit heads. The selected posters in this archive are a representative sample of those that were used during the campaign. The visuals and copy were selected specifically to target an audience that fell almost wholly within the age group 25 to 35.

Project: The Save a Little Heart Campaign was an important CSR initiative undertaken at Intelligroup and aimed at creating an awareness for the need for volunteers and donations for children afflicted by CHD [Congenital Heart Disorder] across India who needed a second chance at life and were lacking the funds / good-will efforts needed for the same. This poster campaign was one of the arms used to reach for help within the organization for this cause.
